Not allowed to participate person (DNS):

• without health insurance
• without a signed consent to review and voluntarily accept the risk
• who did not receive a starter pack before closing the registration
• with personal security buoys
• who were late for the transfer before it was sent
• in a state of alcohol, drug or drug intoxication
• with fever or signs of SARS (by decision of the chief physician of the competition)

Withdrawn from face competition (DQ):

• for participation under other registration data (for another participant)
• for unsportsmanlike conduct
• for disrespect to other participants, volunteers, spectators, judges or organizers of competitions
• for littering
• for exposing intimate parts of the body outside the locker room
• for incorrect passage of 3 or more control buoys
• for incorrect passage of 1 finish or turning buoy
• (COVID) for being on the territory of the starting town without a protective medical mask that completely covers the nose and mouth
• (COVID) for finding the persons accompanying the participant to the territory of the starting town without a protective medical mask that completely covers the nose and mouth

Removed from the distance of the person (DNF):

• that did not meet the limit of overcoming control points at the distance
• finishing without a buoy, cap or timing chip

Penalty points are added to the result of the participants:

• 3 minutes - for incorrect passage of 1 control buoy
• 8 minutes - for incorrect passage of 2 control buoys

Additional provisions:

• upon occurrence of any of the above conditions, the participant will not be refunded for registration
• when withdrawing from the competition, the participant is given a starter pack with the exception of a buoy, a finisher's medal, a timing chip
• in case of threat to the comfort, health or life of other participants, the organizers reserve the right to take the participant out of the starting place
• for gross violations, the organizers at their discretion may deprive the participant of the right to participate in future starts of the series

The participant may file an appeal against any decision, the decision on which will be presented publicly
